Private Session 60 min for $50
Private sessions begin with time spent explaining the alignment point. Our bodies, are much like our cars function best when all our parts are in the proper place and have their full range of motion. We start at the feet, our foundation and work up the body. If there is time in the first session we will continue on to corrective exercises. These are made to help you add more movement and more kinds of movement into your life. In the follow up sessions we can move right to the corrective that will help you nest at that time. If you have any questions about the alignment point we can go over them as well.

Restorative Exercise With Massage Therapy
I have many clients who have enjoyed a private session right before their regularly scheduled massage. Some do this monthly and some every two weeks. They say the massage feels even better after a restorative exercise session. My thought is your body has been loosen up already by the time you lay on the table. You may even lay on the table more comfortably.
