Heather Josten

Mani Celesti Therapeutic Massage was founded in 2001 by Heather Josten (Vicari), who offers a background of extensive training and certifications in multiple massage techniques. Heather received her Associates Degree in massage therapy from the New York College of Wholistic Health Education in Syosset, NY in 1998.

Heather always knew she wanted to work with women during pregnancy; after moving to Colorado she finally found a course to continue her education and in 2005 Heather completed her Certification in Prenatal, Labor Support and Postpartum Massage at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy.

While reading the book Satsun by Rosita Arvigo, Heather realized that she could enhance her knowledge and bring additional benefits to her clients by studying Maya Abdominal therapy. Since then she has studied with Rosita on multiple occasions in Belize and in the States and became certified in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy in 2007. She has also taken an advanced training course with Rosita that focused on how to help pregnant women with the Maya Abdominal techniques. Heather has used these techniques with many women to relieve their digestive problems, help them in their journey to conceive, and release emotions held in their bodies. She believes that Maya Abdominal Therapy can benefit most people. Feeling her practice was not yet complete, as well as feeling that she was missing a chance to meet all the babies she massaged while they were in their mommies tummies, she decided to add Infant Massage Lessons to her services. In 2007 Heather became certified as an Infant Massage instructor.

Heather feels very blessed to be working with women during this special time of their life and is very thankful for all her clients. Her goal is to help all women enjoy their pregnancy pain-free, nurtured and supported.

Liz Green

Liz specializes in prenatal and postpartum massage and loves to be a part of creating happy and healthy pregnancies for her clients.

She graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2008 and received the Advanced Certification in Prenatal, Labor and Postpartum Massage from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 2009. Liz also specializes in deep tissue work, and loves working on neck and shoulder injuries. She is originally from the north side of Denver, but has lived all over the city, in Boulder, and Tonga as a Peace Corps Volunteer.

Kate Wodder

As a graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Chicago (as well as University of Colorado at Boulder), Kate moved back to beautiful Colorado in 2009. Kate was inspired to pursue massage therapy through the opportunity to travel in Southeast Asia and experience firsthand the many alternative approaches to health and wellness. Kate has worked with physical therapists, chiropractors and acupuncturists in an effort to learn more about achieving well rounded health. Her amazement of the human body brought her to the Boulder College of Massage Therapy as a student in prenatal massage. Since then, Kate has also become certified in postpartum massage, and has absolutely loved the opportunity to work with the beautiful Mothers she has met so far! Although it is important to honor our physical selves, it is also necessary to realize how interdependent our mind, body and spirit are to one another.
