Bio

Heather Vicari Josten, CMT, is the founder and owner of Mani Celesti Therapeutic Massage. She offers her clients a background complete with extensive training and certifications for the variety of massage techniques that she provides. After receiving an associates degree in Holistic Health Education from the New York College of Health Professions in Syosset, NY, Heather continued her education at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy where she became a Certified Prenatal and Postpartum Massage Therapist.

Most recently she became certified in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage ™ (ATMAM).

Her active lifestyle, including snowboarding, hiking and practicing yoga, paired with twenty years of dance classes, have given her a strong understanding and appreciation of the human body. Heather’s particular interest is in helping women enjoy happy, healthy and pain-free lives. Offering take-home information on exercise, diet, yoga and self-massage techniques, Heather provides her clients with much more than a 30-, 60- or 90-minute massage, drawing from her years of studying health-conscious ways to improve one’s life and reduce stress.
